With over 35 years of construction program management experience, Walker is the adept at meeting the challenges associated with large and complex capital improvement initiatives and projects. He brings a deep understanding of the nuances of the transportation industry to every engagement.

Walker’s impressive track record of success began in Chicago where he served as Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), Commissioner of the Department of Aviation, Executive Director for the Public Building Commission of Chicago, and Vice President of the Chicago Dock and Canal Trust. He earned his A.B. Art from Dartmouth College and Bachelors of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. A former Air Force Pilot, he still enjoys flying via radio-controlled models and mentoring others through various civic organizations.
